STEP 2

Break your chocolate into small pieces and place in a large microwaveable bowl. Next pour in the condensed milk and mix.

STEP 3

Now heat your chocolate and condensed milk in a microwave in 30 second bursts, stirring between each, until the chocolate has almost completely melted. If you want to add flavouring such as vanilla essence, add this now and mix together until it's completely smooth.

Tip: Watch your mixture closely to make sure it doesn’t overheat and burn!

STEP 4

Split the fudge mixture into five bowls. Add half a tube of colouring gel to each bowl and mix in thoroughly.

STEP 5

Use a tablespoon to blob the different coloured fudge mixtures into a baking tray.

STEP 6

When you have put all five colours in the baking tray, use a spatula or knife to swirl the colours together a little.

Tip: Don't mix the colours together too much or it will become one big brown mess!

STEP 7

Add toppings such as marshmallows, chocolate beans, or sweeties to your fudge. Quickly push them in before it starts to set.

STEP 8

Pop your rainbow chocolate fudge into the fridge for 3 hours, or until completely set. Then cut your fudge into bite-size chunks and share with friends and family. Rainbowlicious!!!
